The Spongle Code of Conduct is currently under review and is being finalised before launch. Spongle is not yet live — there is no community to govern under this code, and no accounts, campaigns, or interactions are taking place on the platform. The complete Code of Conduct will be published here when Spongle launches publicly.

By accessing, browsing, or otherwise interacting with this website while these documents are under review, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Pre-launch status. Spongle is not yet operational. No user accounts, campaigns, contracts, or payments are being created, processed, or executed under these documents.
  2. Use at your own risk. Any access to or use of this website during this review period is entirely at your own risk. Spongle Limited, its directors, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content on this website during this review period.
  3. Availability at your own risk. The website is provided on an “as available” basis. It may be taken offline, suspended, restricted, throttled, or otherwise made unavailable in whole or in part at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Spongle accepts no responsibility, liability, or obligation for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the website being unavailable, slow, interrupted, or inaccessible during this review period.
  4. Indemnity and hold harmless. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Spongle Limited (Company Registration Number 815169), its directors, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected to your access to or use of this website during this review period, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
  5. No reliance. Nothing on this website during this review period constitutes a binding offer, contract, promise, or representation by Spongle. You agree not to rely on any draft or interim content for any commercial, legal, or financial decision.
  6. Subject to change. All draft documents on this website may be amended, withdrawn, or replaced at any time without notice. The complete and final versions will be published here when Spongle launches publicly. Statutory consumer-protection rights in the United Kingdom, Ireland, and the European Union are not affected by this waiver.
